Cheryl Stakutis is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and Concord who was raised in a real estate development family. Cheryl has been licensed to sell real estate for over thirty years. During her career, she has marketed and sold several new construction single family homes and condominium developments. Cheryl Stakutis holds a BS degree in Business Management. She later went on to work as partner and owner of Patriots Computers Inc., a business she helped developed and subsequently sold.

Cheryl is known for her friendliness and her high energy level, as well as for her commitment to providing the highest level of professional service and expertise to serve every client. Cheryl's superb negotiating skills are a valuable asset, and she specializes in Concord and the surrounding towns. In particular, Cheryl is dedicated to counseling her clients on market conditions and she is knowledgeable in both the buying and selling market. A relocation specialist, Cheryl continually pursues educational opportunities to ensure that her buyer and seller clients receive timely and relevant advice. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). Cheryl is very involved in the Concord community and she is a mother of three children. She is a member of the Auxiliary of Emerson Hospital and a member of the Concord Lions.
