Christina’s expertise in new construction started in Anchorage, Alaska working with Builders and Landowners to build beautiful homes where she assisted in every aspect of the new home sales process, from joint ventures created for building new homes, to managing the progress of the transaction.

She is also very knowledgeable on the latest lifestyle trends and design in new home designs. Her friendliness, openness, and honesty provide a seamless buying process from concept to completion. She holds a license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is certified in as a New Homes Specialist and Residential Construction Certified.

In 2002, Paula moved to beautiful downtown Portsmouth. She enjoys living on the New Hampshire seacoast and is positive and enthusiastic about the possibility of working with new clients to successfully meet all their real estate needs.

Cheryl Stakutis is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and Concord who was raised in a real estate development family. Cheryl has been licensed to sell real estate for over thirty years. During her career, she has marketed and sold several new construction single family homes and condominium developments. Cheryl Stakutis holds a BS degree in Business Management. She later went on to work as partner and owner of Patriots Computers Inc., a business she helped developed and subsequently sold.

Background & Experience
A native of Ashby, MA and a graduate from Becker Junior College she began working as a Paralegal in the Worcester Housing Court as an intern until she transitioned into a full-time role with a law firm specializing in the real estate, specifically closing loans and preparing full titles.

In 2002, Lana obtained her real estate license and started her career as a full-time agent specializing in residential single-family, condominiums and multi-family properties.
