She later went on to work as partner and owner of Patriots Computers Inc., a business she helped developed and subsequently sold.

A native of Ashby, MA and a graduate from Becker Junior College she began working as a Paralegal in the Worcester Housing Court as an intern until she transitioned into a full-time role with a law firm specializing in the real estate, specifically closing loans and preparing full titles.
