Gretchen is one of the top realtors on Cape Ann, working with buyers, sellers, investors and developers in the new construction and global luxury markets. She consistently ranks in the top 6% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She holds an international MBA and accrued 15 years of sales, marketing and strategic planning experience in Europe prior to returning to her hometown of Rockport, MA, and launching her real estate career in 2009.

In 2021 Gretchen partnered with Kevin O’Grady of Coldwell Banker Premier Communities, and Brier Cliff Realty, to successfully market and sell a new luxury townhome development at Brier Cliff by the Beach in Gloucester, MA. She brings enthusiasm, team-work, a passion for design trends, attention to detail, and a commitment to success to each and every transaction.
